Our inaugural experience, The Mekong River Collection, is a guided five-course culinary journey through the flavors of Laos, Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam. Hosted by ZINI Founder Kavy Lenon and renowned Las Vegas Mixologist Tim Rita, each course is presented with the stories, traditions, and inspiration behind the food, with an optional handcrafted cocktail pairing designed to complement the experience.
